We accept return and exchange ONLY on unworn items within 30 days after the item is received. Please contact us first to provide you the return shipping address. The item must be unworn. After we receive the item, and confirm that it’s unworn, we will refund you.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:
How do I return an item?
1. The return warehouse address is different in different countries, please contact us to obtain the return address.
2. Attach the provided return address to your return package and drop it off at the nearest drop off point.
3. Once your package begins transit you will be able to track the progress of your return via the Returns Portal. As a reminder, it can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
RETURNS POLICY:
Our Return Process is simple. You can return your merchandise up to 365 days from the date of despatch of your package.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

Important Information:
1. DVDs, videos or PC & video games which have been opened, pierced jewellery and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if these items are received damaged or wrong.
2. Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.
3. We are unable to return any products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (for example, underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons) or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
OTHER INFORMATION:
In line with your right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of such order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse. If you return any or all of your order after 14 days, but within the 365-day returns period, delivery charges will be non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged or not as described upon delivery.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
Order Cancel Before Shipping Out
For those customers who use PayPal and finally decide to cancel the order before shipping out , we need to take out the PayPal transaction fee from your order amount when we do refund. It’s because when customer pays with PayPal, PayPal charges transaction fee from us. Although we already launch the refund to customer, but Paypal won’t refund us transaction fee. PayPal Transaction fee is 4.9% of your total order amount.
For Eligible Return
1.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2.It must also be in the original packaging.
3.Our free returns are strictly only applicable for any errors or damages caused by us and approved by our quality control team.
4.For sizing matters or other related issue, any shipping fee back to us will not be covered and will be bared by the customer himself. Customer also needs to take the risk of customs duty when returning the package back.
5.We highly recommend returning all items using a traceable shipping method, as we will not be held liable for lost packages.
6.Any return or exchange item will have to be approved by us and qualify with our 95% RULE first before we are able to further process your request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE 1: All our products are always of top quality. We will carefully check the quality of each product we send out. If the buyer receives the goods without any questions, it means that the buyer confirms the quality. We are very confident that we can guarantee the quality of all our products. We produce products that you can rest assured.
IMPORTANT NOTICE 2: Do not send your purchase back to our sender’s address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us. A 20% restocking or exchange fee will apply for cash refunds.
Not Accepted:
1.Items not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error. For example, violent transit or package theft.
2.Items which are returned after 30 days of receiving your order.
3.Orders that has already been processed & shipped right after cancellation is being requested.
4.Customer cannot apply for a refund or exchange for reason that the item fails legit check.
5.We don’t support any refund or exchange for reselling of our items.
Steps to Exchange or Refund:
1.Please contact us when you decide to return or exchange.
2.Please tell us why you would like to return or exchange the product. If it is a defective product, please also send us a photo of the defective part.
3.Our quality check team will inspect your case and decide if your order meets our free refund/exchange policy within 24 hours. If disapproved, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred to proceed with your request (Customers can also choose to deduct 20% of the total amount of your order as an restocking or exchange fee when we refund).
4.When we reach an agreement with the customer, the customer can return the package to us. After we receive the item and confirm it is not worn, we will refund you..
