Shipping Policy


How long will my order take to arrive (including processing and shipping)?

Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. Please see below for a quick reference guide. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the below estimates do not include nights, weekends, or holidays.

*If you see a delayed shipping message on the website, please expect additional processing and shipping days in addition to the timelines noted below.

Ground Shipping

Orders shipping via ground will arrive in 5-10 business days. Orders shipping to PO Boxes, AK, HI, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.

All order Express Delivery: Our express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service. Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 5-8 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 10 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

If an order includes a personalised item, this may lengthen the despatch time of your order, regardless of which delivery service is selected. The estimated despatch time of your order will be indicated at checkout.

Made to Order/personalised orders may ship on an untracked delivery service. If you have not received it, you must notify us within 45 working days of the shipment date. We cannot guarantee any further assistance with the whereabouts of your order after the 45 working days.

Different Stock Availability: If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Despatching of Orders: Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

· Pre-Orders: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website

· Payment Card Checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.

· Personalised Items: Items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 3 days before they are ready to be despatched.

When will you ship my order out?

We will ship your items in next 4-6 days after you place the order. This because factory needs time to prepare your stuff and we need to make sure you will finally receive a perfect products.

Do I need to pay duty tax?

Normally no, because we will send the package as a gift,and declare it as low price, but it still will be happened like 1% that you need to pay duty. Please pay duty on your side if this happened.

What happens If my package got seized by custom?

If the shipping company tells you they need some information about the package, please contact with us first, we will offer you the information that they need to help the package go through. However, if custom seized the package by your country, they norally want you to pay the tax. Please pay it. If the custom staff says your packeage is already destroyed, no worries, they still want to tax you. However if it really happens, we will offer you a discount code and you can buy again. If the custom seized the package by our side, we will refund customer all or send a new product.
